On average, couples marrying in popular destinations like Mexico or the Caribbean spend under $10,000—often much less. That price typically covers your accommodations, meals, drinks, wedding package, and even estimated airfare for the couple. By bundling these expenses, you get a beautiful multi-day celebration without the hefty price tag of a wedding at home. Even better ~ you may also be eligible for travel credits after your wedding depending on the number of rooms booked within your group, which can help offset costs even more. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect and can see just how much you could save by choosing a destination wedding.

No ~ one of the best parts about working with us is that you (and your guests) won’t have to pay the full package price upfront. We offer two flexible Pay As You Go options:
1) Work directly with me: I’ll help you and your guests plan out a personalized payment plan that fits their budget.
2) Use Affirm: This option allows you and your guests to extend payments even beyond the final due date, giving you extra time if needed. The initial deposit and insurance (if purchased) will be paid at booking and at any time the guest can choose the pay with Affirm.
Both choices make it easy to spread out costs and manage payments comfortably ~ without the stress of paying everything at once.

Yes, throughout your destination wedding planning process, you’ll work closely with two key individuals:
I will help you select the perfect resort, venue, and wedding package for your celebrations. I’ll also take care of arrangements for you and your guests, including accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
Your wedding coordinator, who is stationed onsite at your resort (or the main office) are included in your wedding package at an all-inclusive venue, will handle all the details on property. They will ensure everything runs smoothly, from your check-in experience to ceremony decor, day of timeline, hair and makeup appointments, and more.

I am happy to offer 100% complimentary planning services - that’s right, you won’t pay any service fees for assisting you or your group with your travel needs. Don’t worry ~ I am paid... the resorts pay me!
You’ll only need to cover to cost of your chosen room accommodations, airfare and wedding package. This allows you to enjoy the full benefits of professional planning without any added fees, making the process both stress-free and budget-friendly.
I do offer add-on packages - such as traveling with the group to be onsite during the wedding, during check-in, or the entire time your guests are at the resort; this of course is an additional fee depending on how long you need me at the resort and the list of duties I’ll handle.

I recommend starting to plan your destination wedding at least 10-12 months in advance to ensure everything falls into plan smoothly. Some couples prefer to begin the planning process 18-20 months before their ideal wedding date, while others with shorter engagements successfully plan their wedding in 6-8 months. No matter your timeline, we’re here to assist with both short and long engagements.

That’s a great question! At this time, air is not included with the group room pricing. Since guests will be traveling from different airports and may have preferences for flight times and airlines ~ and because many people now use credit card points or miles to cover airfare ~ it works best for everyone to book their own flights. This way, you’ll have the flexibility to choose what’s most convenient and cost‐effective for you. By all means, I’m happy to assist anyone who would like help with their flights.
